Crash is moving to a public hash chain

Every round will be salted with a future Bitcoin block we announce in advance. Until that's live, we don't call Crash provably fair.

What changes

• Every round is fixed in one chain before the first is played, and the end of that chain is published.
• The chain is salted with a Bitcoin block mined after we publish it, so we can't pick a chain that suits us.
• Each round's seed hashes to the one before it, so anyone can check the whole chain.
